Turkish Red Crescent, like many other National Societies, supports humanitarian activities and policies of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish Red Crescent Community Centers undertake this role of Turkish Red Crescent as well. Turkish Red Crescent Community Centers has a public model with the collaborations it provides at the national and the local level. These collaborations include public institutions such as the Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior General Directorate General of Migration Management, Directorate of Religious Affairs, GAP Regional Development Administration.
The International Federation of Red Cross Red Crescent Movements is an international organization that includes the Community Centers Program itself. 11 of the 15 Community Centers are financed by the European Union, Bursa Community Center was financed by Norwegian Red Cross; Adana, Istanbul (Sultanbeyli) and İzmir Community Centers are financed by the German Red Cross.
Restoring Family Links (RFL), case management, legal support, and legal seminars are financed by European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO).
